Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal disorder common among women of reproductive age. Women with PCOS may have infrequent or prolonged menstrual periods or excess male hormone (androgen) levels.

Open Research Studies for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

PCOS Cross-Sectional Study

Duration: 1 visit

Patient Population: Women ages 18-45 with diagnosis of PCOS, no known diagnosis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).

Zydus - PCOS

Enrolling: Yes

Principle Investigator: Niharika Samala, MD

Duration: 28 day screening, 24 week treatment.

Patient Population: Women ages 18-45 with diagnosis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) or nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) (no cirrhosis), and PCOS, ALT value > 38.

Drug(s): Saroglitizar Magnesium
