Holidays
- May 29, 2023 (Memorial Day) — Students on required rotations (not electives) may be required to work on this holiday
- June 19, 2023 (Juneteenth) — Students on required rotations (not electives) may be required to work on this holiday
- July 4, 2023 (Independence Day) — Students on required rotations (not electives) may be required to work on this holiday
- November 20–26, 2023 (Thanksgiving/Fall Break) — All Phase 3 students off via combined CC days and holiday days
- December 23–January 2, 2024 (Winter Break) — All Phase 3 students off
- January 15, 2024 – (MLK Day) — Students on required rotations (not electives) may be required to work on this holiday
- March 15, 2024 (Match Day) — All Phase 3 students off
Students on clinical rotations may have clinical shifts on select holidays based on the way those holidays fall on the rotation schedule. Students on clinical rotations should submit a Time Away/Schedule Conflicts Request Form ahead of time to request time off on these holidays.
