Past surveys showed a desire from students for more research opportunities. Faculty, administrators, and staff at the nine campuses reviewed the available opportunities and collated them to ensure students at all undergraduate medical training stages can find opportunities that work for them.
We also developed a new page that outlines the myriad opportunities available across our nine-campus system. Students can complete research for academic credit through special electives and regular IU School of Medicine electives.
Additionally, IMPRS also had significant engagement from students on all campuses and continues to be a great program for research.
