The Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine is a one-year, ACGME-accredited program that provides a robust prehospital EMS educational experience. Learners are immersed in all aspects of prehospital medicine, gaining the knowledge and skills to become a well-rounded physician leader in emergency medical services. The IU School of Medicine EMS Fellowship partners with all key EMS stakeholders in Indianapolis and surrounding communities, including:
- Indianapolis Emergency Medical Services (the largest provider of EMS services in Indiana)

- Indiana University Health Lifeline Critical Care Transport
- Indianapolis Motor Speedway
- Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department
