The primary goals of the Emergency Medicine Clinical Operations and Administration Fellowship include:
- Development of leadership and administrative skills sufficient to step into emergency department leadership roles immediately upon graduation
- Growth of emergency department operations and quality improvement knowledge base to the level of educator
- Further growth as emergency department clinician with the clinical skillset sufficient to practice and lead in any setting
The goals and objectives of the fellowship are met through a variety of clinical and educational experiences including traditional didactics, committee meetings, educational conferences, analytical discussions, and mentorship.
