Priya Yenebere

Diverse clinical experiences spread over multiple hospitals and populations including a transplant center. Excellent teaching faculty. Down-to-earth attendings who are very nurturing and supportive of fellows. I liked the concept of the intersessions.

Really liked my residency experience at Indiana University because it offers a great exposure to a variety of clinical cases on all 4 hospitals on campus. There is a great academic culture here. Nephrology experience as a resident at IU provided me with great insight about life as a fellow at IU. Nephrology teams are structured around the fellow and they get autonomy to run the service with the right amount of supervision. I feel very confident heading out into practice.

Here at Indiana University all the faculty are helpful, and they help us grow in our area of interest like clinical/research/home modalities. Fellows' feedback is strongly considered. Our program has experts in different fields of Nephrology and prepares us well for practice.
