Faculty investigators in the Division of Nephrology at IU School of Medicine conduct innovative research to ensure that patients have access to the latest advances in this field. Research here has advanced important discoveries on how to treat high blood pressure, sudden (acute) kidney injury, polycystic kidney disease and kidney stones, and this team is leading the nation in alternative dialysis strategies, including daily dialysis.
