Ideal audience is those who want to do research using multiomics datasets and methods to integrate them to build and study cellular networks to study and dissect the molecular level alterations contributing to specific disease outcomes.
Translational research in bioinformatics uses data driven multi-omic approaches to transform biological data into life science discoveries that help us improve life and identity treatment options for a multitude of diseases. Hence, graduates in bioinformatics are employed by both genomic institutes and pharma/life science industry to aid in navigating complex multi-modal datasets prevalent in biomedical sciences.
