Special Considerations in the Delivery Room Workshop: Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025

Join us for this hands-on workshop where you will learn to make your own moulage for use in simulating special considerations in the delivery room. You will make abdominal wall and neural tube defects to take back to your teams, learn how to create realistic low-cost manikins for needle decompression of pneumothoraces, review how to recycle materials (and save money) for use in simulation of delayed cord clamping, and many other tips and tricks!  We’ll then apply your newly acquired moulage skills in a simulated delivery room scenario. Teams will collaborate to compete for the title of NeoStars. Let’s learn together and have a great time doing it!
