An integrated musculoskeletal health data mart
Over 120 health care entities including IU Health and Eskenazi Health contribute data to the Indiana Health Information Exchange which feeds into the Indiana Network for Patient Care (INPC). In addition to the content from INPC, Regenstrief Data Services has direct access to additional information from the IUH and Eskenazi data warehouses. Data from these three sources will be extracted through the OMOP data model to contribute to the Musculoskeletal Data Mart. Data from the Polis Center on Social Assets and Vulnerabilities Indicators (SAVI) will provide information on social determinants of health. Data from FIT Core participants will also be added to the larger Musculoskeletal Data Mart along with omics results.
