Transitions 3 coming in September

Phase 3 students: Transitions 3 (T3) sign-up is coming in September.

To ensure you are optimally matched to a T3 track, a Qualtrics survey link will be provided in the MD Student News email newsletter. Watch for this and register for your preferred track!

An important note: you can't take T3 if you're scheduled for a required rotation (critical care selective, emergency medicine clerkship, radiology, or sub-internship). If you have an elective scheduled during the month you want to take T3, you must drop the elective.

T3 is a core rotation requirement and can't be taken in conjunction with any other course/rotation. If your schedule doesn't allow you to take the T3 track that fits best with your career plans, reach out to Emily Machogu, MD to determine the best alternative.

T3 Schedule

February: Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics

March: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Surgery

April: Internal Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology

View T3 information and FAQs
at the bottom of the Phase 3 Curriculum page. If you have additional questions, please email Emily Machogu, MD, and MeKayla Nicholson.

Transitions 3 will also be discussed in further detail at the August 6 Town Hall.
