Residents work side-by-side with emergency radiology (ER) faculty at IU Health Methodist Hospital and have roles that are more autonomous at IU Health Riley Hospital for Children and Eskenazi Health. All residents within the Diagnostic Radiology residency rotate within and are staffed by the Emergency Radiology Division.
The Emergency Radiology Fellowship Program at IU School of Medicine is a one-year, non-ACGME-accredited program that provides experience and training for those interested in furthering their careers as emergency radiologists. Training takes place primarily at IU Health Methodist Hospital, where fellows interpret hundreds of exams and explore unique modalities concentrating on radiography and computed tomography.
