CME Seminar Series
The seminar series is held every Wednesday on the IU School of Medicine Indianapolis campus in Walther Hall (R3), room C303/305 from noon–1:00 pm. The department calendar includes a complete list of seminar speakers and topics. Questions can be directed to Sophie Thompson.
Genetics Shadowing Program
The Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics offers several options for students age 18 or older who are interested in shadowing a genetic counselor or a clinical geneticist at IU. Learn more about these opportunities.
Genetic Counseling 101
IU School of Medicine offers a one-day event (Genetic Counseling 101) annually in August for those interested in learning more about the genetic counseling profession and the Genetic Counseling Graduate Program. Attendees will explore the field of genetic counseling with Indianapolis-area genetic counselors and obtain information about the Genetic Counseling Graduate Program from program director, Paula Delk, MS, LCGC. Full program details will be available on the Master of Science – Genetic Counseling Program website as they become available.
