As the IU School of Medicine MD Class of 1967 celebrates its 55-year reunion, the time is right to support the class student wellness fund.
Together, it’s possible to make a difference in these students’ lives. The Class of 1967 – August M. Watanabe Student Wellness Fund was established to honor Dr. August M. Watanabe who became a full-time faculty member in 1972 and was the youngest chairman of the Department of Medicine, serving from 1983 to 1990. This fund will live in perpetuity and be used to support medical student wellness activities and services at Indiana University School of Medicine.
Let’s celebrate the anniversary of your graduation from medical school and honor Dr. Watanabe's extraordinary legacy and memory by giving a gift today!
