- National Alzheimer's Coordinating Center (NACC) NACC, established in 1999 by the NIA, serves as the centralized data repository, collaboration, and communication hub for the NIA's Alzheimer's Disease Research Centers (ADRC) Program.
- National Centralized Repository for Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (NCRAD) The NCRAD is a biorepository operated by Indiana University with funding from the National Institute on Aging (NIA).
- The National Institute on Aging Genetics of Alzheimer's Disease Data Storage (NIAGADS) NIAGADS is a collaborative agreement between the NIA and UPenn that stores and distributes genetics and genomics data from studies on Alzheimer's Disease, related dementias, and aging to qualified researchers globally.
- Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) Data and Samples The ADNI study actively supports the investigation and development of treatments that slow or stop the progression of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Data, including clinical, biofluid, genetic, imaging, and neuropathology results from ADNI participants, are shared with approved researchers through the LONI Image and Data Archive (IDA), a secure research data repository.
- Standardized Centralized Alzheimer's & Related Dementias Neuroimaging (SCAN) SCAN exists to enable standardized PET and MRI data collection from across the Alzheimer's Disease Research Centers (ADRC) Program of Berkely Lab, University of Michigan, University of Washington, Mayo Clinic, UC Davis, LONI and the NIH.
