INDIANAPOLIS — Dogs and cats will put smiles on the faces of Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis students and employees facing stress-inducing final exams and end-of-semester projects.

Sixteen dogs and cats from Love on a Leash will spend 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 9 in the “#IMAJAGUAR De-Stress Zone” at the Campus Center, 420 University Blvd. The zone is on the Campus Center’s first-floor atrium, near the Barnes & Noble bookstore.

Love on a Leash is a nonprofit organization of volunteers that provides emotional support to individuals and groups through members’ personal pets.

The end of the semester can be a trying time for students, faculty and staff. Through the #IMAJAGUAR De-Stress Zone, students and employees can take a few minutes to decompress with some furry friends who are bound to make their day a little easier and a little brighter.
