Evening of the Arts showcases IU student talent, raises funds for free clinics

INDIANAPOLIS – The 22nd annual Evening of the Arts will begin at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 13. The program showcases the performing arts talents of Indiana University School of Medicine students and supports clinics providing free health care services to the homeless and working poor of Indianapolis.

The performance and a silent auction will be at Crispus Attucks Medical Magnet High School, 1140 W. Dr. Martin Luther King Junior Street. The doors open at 6 p.m. and items in the silent auction will be on display throughout the evening. Tickets, available at the door, are $15 for students and $17 for non-students.

This year more than 100 performers, including medical, dental and doctoral students; IU School of Medicine faculty and staff; and a veterinarian, will take part.
