<p>Proposals are being accepted for the inaugural Mobile Computing in Medical Education Conference in Indianapolis. Students, medical residents and fellows, and faculty with interests in the use of mobile tablets such as iPads in medical education are invited to submit proposals and to attend.</p>

The deadline for proposals is Friday, Feb. 8. The Friday, May 31, event is sponsored by the Indiana University School of Medicine Division of Continuing Medical Education and the Office of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development.

The keynote speaker will be Warren Wiechmann, M.D., MBA, faculty director of the iMedEd initiative at the University of California Irvine.
