The generosity of donors is critical to helping IU School of Medicine–Fort Wayne maintain the highest quality of medical education and research. By supporting students and faculty at the Fort Wayne campus, donors help to improve medical care for residents in the community, as physicians who studied in Fort Wayne often return to practice in the area.

To make a donation by check to IU School of Medicine – Fort Wayne, make checks payable to “IU Foundation-Fort Wayne” and mail to Indiana University School of Medicine – Fort Wayne, c/o Indiana University Foundation, P.O. Box 7072, Indianapolis, IN 46207-7072.

Donors can also use the Give Now option for secure credit card transactions on the IU Foundation’s website. These gifts go to the IU School of Medicine’s Fort Wayne unrestricted general account and are used to support a wide variety of programs. Unrestricted gifts give the School’s Fort Wayne campus much-needed flexibility in meeting its educational and research needs.

Anna Yoder MS Fund

Tax-deductible donations to the Anna Yoder MS Fund benefit individuals impacted by Multiple Sclerosis. The Anna Yoder MS Fund supports multiple sclerosis research, education and outreach services in northeast Indiana for individuals and their communities affected by Multiple Sclerosis.

A fund of the Indiana University Foundation, the Anna Yoder MS Fund is administered by the Indiana University School of Medicine-Fort Wayne. For questions about this fund, contact Gina Bailey (260-257-6866).
