About Jessica
Jessica Leising is the Recruiting Project Consultant in IU School of Medicine’s Faculty Affairs and Professional Development. She has contributed to helping FAPD achieve their goals in a variety of roles since 2017 and left in 2021 to run operations at a small local business which doubled in size with her leadership. Jessica rejoined the FAPD team in 2023 to serve as a frontline consultant for departments going through the faculty recruitment process and dual career clients. Jessica is dedicated to becoming an expert in faculty recruiting along with refining the process within IU School of Medicine. Jessica is an avid collector of vintage and spends her free time re-purposing second-hand items.
