Senem Guler, MSHRM

Senem Guler is the Associate Director of Faculty Recruiting in IU School of Medicine’s Faculty Affairs and Professional Development. She oversees Faculty Recruiting function including Executive Recruiting Operations, Faculty Recruiting Consultation and Dual Career Program. Senem ensures a seamless search and screen experience for both committees (internal stakeholders) and candidates (external stakeholders). With almost 50 leadership search management experience, Senem always looks for ways to improve recruitment operations.

Senem is also part of a national Search Advocacy Program and dedicated for maintaining equitable search practices. She holds two master’s degrees, one in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management from Purdue University Krannert School of Management and another in International Relations with a focus on European Union from the Middle East Technical University in Turkey. Senem enjoys playing with her son, binge watching with her husband and filming black bears wandering into their backyard.
