About Rebekah
Rebekah Eichholtz is the Assistant Director of Faculty Relations for Faculty Affairs and Professional Development. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in operations management and master’s degree in business administration.
Rebekah serves as a frontline consultant with faculty, administrators (faculty and staff), and school leadership across the IU School of Medicine on a variety of faculty affairs issues, including complaints and grievances, faculty governance, and managing the response protocol for learner mistreatment. She is committed to assisting our faculty and staff in best practices as it relates to the FAPD offices.
