Regenstrief Institute, Inc. and the Indiana University School of Medicine are pleased to announce the search for the inaugural director of the Health Disparities and Equity Research (HDER) program and endowed chair at Regenstrief Institute. The inaugural program director will provide strategic vision, intellectual and academic leadership and administrative oversight to the Regenstrief Institute HDER program, which focuses on innovative health services research to reduce disparities and improve equity in health. Along with a university faculty appointment, the program director will have an appointment as a Regenstrief investigator in one of the three institute centers and will report to the president/CEO of Regenstrief Institute. The program director will have access to institute and university resources, including administrative and operational support, and biostatistics, data analytics and informatics cores.
