February is upon us, and as the temperatures continue to fall, it could be really easy to forget to prioritize your wellness. All month, let’s commit to making wellness our focus. Check out the Wellness tab on your MAP Canvas page for a calendar guide of small changes you can make each day this month that will contribute to your overall well-being. From a quick work out, to a dance break, to modifying your meal choices. Take a moment every day this month to think about how your daily habits impact how you feel, how you study, and how you interact with others.
