Match on my Mind: Tracking interviews

How are interviews going?

Do you have a way to evaluate and track the programs to ensure they’ll be useful when it is time to rank them? Start by processing your interview experiences and evaluating the programs where you interviewed.

Continue to refine your thoughts about each program, systematically comparing them and adjusting your ROL(s) as needed to implement your smart ranking strategy.
