In alignment with the Indiana University 2030 strategic planning initiative, a set of four strategic priorities and associated outcomes has been drafted to outline a vision for what IU School of Medicine will prioritize and achieve over the next three years. IU School of Medicine Dean Jay L. Hess, MD, PhD, MHSA, invites faculty, staff, residents and students to review these proposed priorities and outcomes and share your feedback.
In a message to the IU School of Medicine community, Dean Hess said, “Our goals are ambitious. We commit to finding new ways to emphasize wellness and diversity across our nine campuses and challenge ourselves to develop nationally recognized programs in graduate and medical education, increase our research productivity, make clinical studies more accessible and improve the health of Indiana citizens in meaningful ways.”
Faculty, staff, residents and students can engage with this process in several ways:
- Review the priorities
- Share your feedback
- Attend a virtual town hall
