IU’s COVID-19 response requires that all staff and faculty receive an influenza vaccination prior to December 1, 2020. This year, on-campus flu shot clinics require an appointment, which can be made using the online scheduling tool below. Flu shot clinics will be added over time, so continue to check back for additional for dates and times.

As an IU employee or student, you'll need to do one of the following:

  • Get vaccinated at an IU clinic. Schedule an appointment here.
  • Get a flu shot through your health care provider or pharmacy and then fill out the Flu Vaccine Reporting Form letting IU know you were vaccinated.
  • Request an exemption by filling out the Flu Vaccine Exemption Form.
