Students studying at IU School of Medicine – Evansville

The Pathology Student Interest Group (SIG) is hosting a dinner and talk with Matthew Kuhar, MD, the IU Pathology Residency Director on Thursday, April 19.

In the meantime, the SIG is interested in deciding the leadership for the next year’s PathSIG. Please email to pathosig@iupui.edu with your interest in the following positions:

President – This position is responsible for organizing and overseeing all Pathology SIG events and ensuring  that the group adheres to the minimum requirements of a student interest group.

Vice President – This position is responsible for supporting the president, as well as coordinating advertising and outreach for membership and attendance at Pathology SIG events.

Treasurer – This position is responsible for managing all transactions associated with the Pathology SIG and applying for necessary funding for Pathology SIG events.

Reservationist/Risk Manager – This position is responsible for keeping things up-to-date on The Den and for reserving event spaces for meetings.

Technical Officer – This position is responsible for maintaining the PathSIG website.
