February 26 Photo Sessions for ERAS/Composite Portraits

IU School of Medicine offers this convenient way for you to have professional photos for ERAS so that you present a polished and professional impression to residency programs. IUSM sends a photographer to each campus on a date selected by the campus. Photos have already been taken on Bloomington, Evansville, Muncie, Gary, Fort Wayne, Terre Haute; students from any campus may come to these upcoming photo sessions. These are STEPS days for your convenience. 
 
Photos are scheduled: 
 
South Bend – Wed., Feb. 26 @ 10-11 am.

West Lafayette – Wed., Feb. 26 @ 3:30 – 4:15 pm.

Indianapolis – Wed., Feb. 26 @ 10 am – 4 pm.
 
This photo program includes:  

a professional photo session  
proofs of your photos to select your favorite  
basic retouching (more extensive retouching available at additional cost)  
selected final image for ERAS and your unlimited use of that image  
your photo included in the Class of 2026 composite  
12” x 15” printed composite for you  
 
You should wear professional clothing such as tie and jacket, no short sleeves and solid colors. Please do not wear your white coat.  
 
The session cost is $38.95 payable by e-check or credit card the day of the photo session. You will be able to see the photos on-site and will select your favorite. Final images will be emailed to you after the session for your unlimited use.  
 
Participation is not required but this is an economical and convenient way to obtain professional photos and be included on the class composite. As an alternative, you will be able to submit your own photo for the composite next year for $58.95 if you wish to be included. If you do not have your photo taken or submitted, you will be listed as “Not Pictured” on the class composite.
