Submit entry to Humanism in Healthcare Essay Contest by March 12

The 26th Annual Dr. Hope Babette Tang Humanism in Healthcare Essay Contest, offered through The Arnold P. Gold Foundation, is accepting entries from medical students until 11:59 pm PT on March 12. The essay should illustrate an experience of humanistic care.

Three medical students will receive a cash prize ($1,000 for first place, $500 for second, and $250 for third) and see their essay published in Academic Medicine — the journal of the Association of American Medical Colleges — and The Journal of Professional Nursing—the journal of the American Association of Colleges and Nursing.
