Phase 2: Sign up for ERAS/composite portraits

Photographers will visit each campus this year on a date selected by the campus—most are Connection Days or STEP days, for your convenience.

Scheduled sessions and sign-ups (hyperlinked items are now open):

  • Evansville
    ◦ October 27: University of Southern Indiana, 5-6 pm
    ◦ October 28: University of Evansville, 2-6:45 pm
    ◦ October 29: University of Southern Indiana, 4:30-6:45 pm
    ◦ October 30: University of Evansville, 2-4 pm. Location details will be sent directly to you.
  • Fort Wayne
    ◦ October 22, 10-11 am
  • Northwest-Gary
    ◦

Photos in South Bend, West Lafayette and Indianapolis are coming in early 2025. You may come to a photo session on any campus, regardless of where you are located.

This photo program includes:

  • A professional photo session
  • Proofs of your photos to select your favorite.
  • Basic retouching (more extensive retouching available at additional cost).
  • Select the final image for ERAS and your unlimited use of that image.
  • Your photo is included in the Class of 2026 composite.
  • Printed 12-by-15-inch composite for you.

Additional notes about the photo sessions:

  • You should wear professional clothing such as tie and jacket, no short sleeves and solid colors.
    ◦ Please do not wear your white coat.
  • The session cost is $38.95 payable by e-check or credit card the day of the photo session.
  • You will be able to see the photos on-site and will select your favorite.
  • Final images will be emailed to you after the session for your unlimited use.
  • Participation is not required but this is an economical and convenient way to obtain professional photos and be included on the class composite.
  • As an alternative, you will be able to submit your own photo for the composite next year at a higher price if you wish to be included.
  • If you do not have your photo taken or submitted, you will be listed as “Not Pictured” on the class composite.
