Request CORES support

To initiate a request, simply fill out our online request form.

We review new requests within two weeks of receipt, prioritizing based on funding status, deadlines, and deliverables. We kindly request a minimum of four weeks notice before a requested deadline. Once your request has been assigned to an analyst, our team will reach out to schedule a kickoff meeting to go through the project details. The earlier you can engage CORES, the better!

Is there a cost?

CORES is a valuable departmental service supporting both funded and unfunded projects. If your project is funded, you might be asked to contribute towards CORES analyst time to help offset costs.
