    Breath Summit rates are detailed below and based on attendee status. "Early bird" rates ended on March 31, 2024, and standard "late owl" rates now apply. Payment is currently due at the time of registration. Visit the registration portal.


    Payments for registration occurring within two weeks of the event can only be made via credit/debit card. Registration fees will be refunded only if the entire event is canceled. Please contact Shari Parker at shupchur@iu.edu with any questions about registration.

  • Conference check in

    Attendees can check in to the Breath Summit on Sunday, June 2 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., as well as Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The registration location in the Crowne Plaza Downtown Union Station will be in the foyer outside of the Illinois Street Ballroom on the second floor of the hotel.

  • Poster session & printing information

    Poster session:

    Posters should be hung at the beginning of the day and can be visited throughout the day during breaks. Poster presenters should attend their poster during their assigned poster session from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on June 3, June 4 or June 5.

    If you would like to print your poster locally in Indianapolis, we recommend using the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center at 120 Monument Circle, which is conveniently located near the conference. Please arrange your printing needs directly with FedEx.

  • Food and entertainment

    Attendees staying at the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown Union Station will receive a voucher for breakfast at 123 West located on the first floor of the hotel. Lunch will be provided to Breath Summit guests Monday through Wednesday during the conference. Dinner will be provided to attendees on Monday night. There will be a reception with light hors d’oeuvres on Sunday night and a larger reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres on Tuesday.

    The Crowne Plaza is centrally located near many restaurants, attractions and amenities in downtown Indianapolis.

    Important Hotel Information:
    Crowne Plaza Union Station Hotel is housed within an active Train Station located on the south side of the Hotel. Any vibration or rumbling that you feel during your stay is being caused by real trains and part of the experience of being in our historic property.
    Upon Check-In your form of payment will be authorized for the full room and tax amount for your stay + $50 for incidentals. If there are incidentals added to your account during your stay, the card is subject to additional charges.
    If you are an IHG Rewards Member please inform our front desk agents when you check-in and thank you for being a member!
    If you need to cancel your reservation(s), please call, email or text the hotel with your name, confirmation # and a note that you need to cancel your room. Cancellation Policy: the guest must cancel their reservation 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.

    Day of Arrival:
    Standard check-in is at 3:00 p.m. If an early arrival time is needed, the hotel will hold your luggage until the guaranteed check-in time of 3:00 p.m. or until availability. Early arrivals cannot be guaranteed as this is based on hotel availability and departure times of our guest departing. 
    Please allow extra time for check-in, valet service, and elevator waits as we expect to have a high volume of arrivals.

    Parking Information: 
    Valet Parking Rate is $50 per night with In/Out privileges- please allow additional wait times.
    Valet Parking after 3:00 p.m. on the day of your departure is an additional $38 charge.
    Valet Parking has a limited number of parking spaces and is on a first come first serve basis.
    Self-parking is not available at the hotel.
