Student Colleagues:

All of us in IU School of Medicine are proud to have received full accreditation for eight years from the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME). This is thanks in large part to your hard work and dedication.

However, our work is not finished. The LCME is requesting your feedback in seven targeted areas. I know that you receive many requests for surveys, however, this one is particularly important for us to continue improving the school, so I’m making a personal appeal that you take the time to complete this brief survey.

As a part of our gratitude for your feedback, IU School of Medicine will directly cover $2,500 of Match Day or graduation expenses if your class reaches 80% survey completion before the close date on Feb. 9. We will be sending updates of your completion rate so that you can stay up to date.

Thank you in advance for your input and, most importantly, thank you for leaving your mark on this institution in such a profound and lasting way.

Jay L. Hess, MD, PhD, MHSA
Vice President for University Clinical Affairs
Dean, School of Medicine
