IU School of Medicine is transitioning requests for computer equipment purchasing to a new form. To request new computer equipment, computer lifecycles, computer accessories, printers and software, faculty and staff should use the IT Equipment Order form to make these requests. With questions or for help filling out the form, consult the Knowledge Base article.
If your department requires you to reach out to your administrative assistant or financial officer prior to ordering computer equipment, please continue this practice. This new form does not replace any departmental policies for ordering computer equipment.
Computer equipment order requests made through the htshelp@iu.edu email address will not be honored after April 2, 2024, and you will be required to submit the IT Equipment Order form.
