Vornhagen Lab

The major focus of the Vornhagen Lab (Indianapolis) is to understand how bacterial pathogens colonize the gut, especially in the context of a healthy microbiome. The mission of the Vornhagen Lab is to enact cutting-edge research while providing an inclusive environment that wholistically trains the next generation of scientists. The vision of the Vornhagen Lab is to positively impact our local and broader community through scientific discovery, advocacy, and outreach.

Walker Lab

The Walker Lab (Indianapolis), led by Brian Walker, PhD, is interested in the genomics and epigenetics of multiple myeloma and related plasma cell dyscrasias.

Wan Lab

The research interests of the Wan Lab (Indianapolis) are in the area of bioinformatics and computational systems biology. Dr. Wan’s lab uses diverse approaches to investigate gene regulation, associated biological pathways and functional networks from transcriptional level to translational level.
