Please consider participating in and distributing this information.
HANDS in Autism continues to disseminate the Indiana Autism Needs Assessment Survey as well as conduct individual interviews with families as well as focus groups which represent a wide array of stakeholders across the state. This information will be utilized along with our partners in the Indiana Interagency Autism Coordinating Council (IIACC) and our Local Community Cadres (LCCs) in 8 regions of the state to inform modifications to the Comprehensive State Plan in Autism as well as recommendations regarding autism services at the state level.
Our goal is to reach as many individuals in the autism community as we can to get data that represents every facet, but we need your assistance. We aim for input and involvement across a range of community members inclusive of families, individuals with ASD, therapists, medical personnel, educators, first responders, early intervention providers, transition caregivers, and others.
If you could please share this information in your offices, on your websites, or to your email list serve, it would be greatly appreciated. Please help us with this effort to bring the most accurate information to you and to the state by completing the survey and passing it and the information below to your connections. We have attached the Indiana Autism Needs Assessment flyer for you to share with your friends and colleagues. If everyone sends to at least 5 people, this will easily help us to reach our goal.
