We are interested in your experience working in health care teams. Please assist us by complete the Foundations of Clinical Practice (FCP) 1 survey.
Requirements for participation are to be an MS1 enrolled in FCP1 or a preceptor/clinical staff in the FCP1 course. There is no penalty for not participating or for withdrawing from the study. Participation will not affect your grades. You will complete the five-minute survey using an identifier code. All responses are anonymous. All clinical staff in the office who interact with students are welcome to complete the survey, including but not limited to RNs, LPNs, NPs, PAs, MAs, and phlebotomists.

- Share the clinical staff survey with your FCP1 clinical site and ask them to complete the survey. (Note: their link/survey is a bit different than the student link/survey)
- At the end of FCP1, we will re-email and ask you to complete a follow-up survey (which takes only five minutes).
