Contact your local Health Technology Services (HTS) support technician directly or initiate the support process via one of the preferred methods below. HTS phone support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


Each option will create a Footprints ticket for tracking and resolution purposes.

Phillips oversees a team that delivers high-quality IT support at all nine campuses with the goal of ensuring a technology experience that empowers faculty, staff and students. The group is committed to delivering a consistent and reliable IT experience across all environments—including classrooms, laboratories and clinics. Core services include an easy-to-access help desk, a team of strategically deployed IT support and experience partners, and a group of professionals dedicated to classroom and virtual meeting spaces and related technologies.
