Clinical Research

Physicians who choose to practice medicine in academic settings are often drawn to the opportunities to conduct clinical research as part of their health care services to patients. Accessing colleagues conducting studies in related specialties and managing clinical trials in their own area of expertise gives medical school faculty many more treatment options to pass along to patients. At IU School of Medicine, physicians across every medical specialty are advancing detection and treatment through clinical trials and related studies.
