About Kristen
Kristen serves as the director of donor engagement at the Indiana University School of Medicine. With over a decade of experience in higher education advancement, Kristen brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our institution. Her journey began right here at Indiana University, where she graduated from the School of Public Health and subsequently joined the School of Medicine’s Office of Gift Development and Alumni Relations.
Kristen’s expertise lies in strategic planning, process development and engagement. She thrives on creating thoughtful strategies that drive meaningful impact. Efficiency and effectiveness are her guiding principles — she believes in streamlining processes to ensure exceptional results.
Beyond the office, Kristen was born and raised in the charming, college town of Bloomington, IN. Growing up surrounded by the Hoosier spirit, she developed a love for community and collaboration. Outside of the office, she is an avid reader, a culinary enthusiast who loves experimenting in the kitchen and a nature lover who enjoys hiking with her sweet pup Harper. As a sports enthusiast, her heart belongs to the Indiana Hoosiers. From basketball to football, she cheers passionately for the Cream and Crimson.
