Get to know the curriculum

Medical students at IU School of Medicine progress through a statewide medical education curriculum that includes basic sciences and clinical training.

Teach an elective

Electives provides each student with the opportunity to select elective courses in their areas of interest. Elective courses in both the basic sciences and clinical sciences allow students to widen their experience, strengthen areas of weakness and pursue subjects of special interest.
