Bio

Why I chose Family Medicine: I chose Family Medicine because I enjoyed the wide variety of patients that you will see and provide care to. I enjoy being able to see both pediatric and geriatric patients and all ages in between. I also like that Family Medicine allows you to form long-term relationships with patients and provides the ability to provide care to multiple generations in one family.

Why I chose the IU School of Medicine Family Medicine Residency Program at Memorial: I chose this program because I was familiar with the Jasper area since I went to undergrad at USI in Evansville and my wife grew up here. I also was lucky enough to spend one month here on a rotation during medical school and this allowed me to see the program up close and I enjoyed everyone that I met during my time here. It felt like a program that would support me and help me gain the knowledge and skills I would need to provide care to all of my future patients.

Personal interests and hobbies: Some interests of mine include golfing, barbecuing, watching almost any sport, Disney, cruising, and spending time with my friends and family.
