About Britney
Brittney Amber is the Assistant Director of Research and Planning for Faculty Affairs and Professional Development and the Center for Inclusive Excellence. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Texas Lutheran University where she minored in communication studies and sociology. She earned a Master's degree in industrial organizational psychology from Indiana University Indianapolis where she is also currently completing her PhD in applied social and organizational psychology with a diversity science concentration and a minor in leadership and management. In her role, Brittney supports organizational efforts and scholarship related to inclusive excellence and health equity through effectively leveraging institutional analytics, assessment practices, program evaluation and data-driven decision making.
