Bio
Dr. Khare believes that endocrinology is the most exciting and remarkable field of medicine. She enjoys the opportunity it brings for her to develop lasting relationships with her patients. Her clinical philosophy is to provide high-quality patient care, where the patient is in control of his or her own plan. Her clinical interests include diabetes, thyroid, adrenal and general endocrinology.
Dr. Khare received her medical degree from Gandhi Medical College in Bhopal, India. She completed her internal medicine residency at St. Luke's University Hospital in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, as well as a fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Khare is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Khare is the Inpatient Diabetes Medical Director at the Indiana University Health Adult Academic Health Center.
