Bio
Dr. Lauren Ladd is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology and has been a faculty member in the IU Department of Radiology & Imaging Sciences since 2014. She completed residency training at the IUSM Radiology Residency Program in 2013 and a fellowship in musculoskeletal imaging & intervention at the University of Wisconsin Department of Radiology in 2014.
Her clinical interests include musculoskeletal imaging and intervention (especially musculoskeletal ultrasound and ultrasound-guided procedures). She is also a passionate educator and gives lectures regularly at the American Roentgen Ray Society and American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine annual meetings.
She is the faculty co-sponsor of the Women in Radiology group, an active member of the department Diversity, Equity, & Inclusiveness Committee, and the Musculoskeletal division resident education liaison. Outside of the Radiology Department, she is a member of the IUSM Women’s Advisory Council, IU Health Physicians DEI council, and Indiana Radiological Society.
Outside of the department, Lauren enjoys the outdoors, gardening, baking, exercising, and – above all – spending time with her family.
