Bio

Elnaz Pashaei is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the IU School of Medicine, Department of Medical & Molecular Genetics, Indianapolis, USA. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Yildiz Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey, and an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Computer Science and Software Engineering from universities in Iran.

Dr. Pashaei has previously held academic roles, including Assistant Professor at Istanbul Aydin University, where she made substantial contributions to teaching and research.

Her research focuses on developing computational algorithms to address challenges in bioinformatics, particularly in genomic data analysis, gene selection, cancer detection, and biomarker discovery.
