Bio
Dr. Kristi Lieb is a Geriatrician and Certified Medical Director specializing in post-acute and long-term care medicine. She is passionate about improving the care of older adults and has a special interest in reducing polypharmacy and improving antibiotic stewardship. Dr. Lieb is currently the Medical Director for OPTIMISTIC, an 8 year CMS demonstration project aimed at reducing avoidable hospitalizations from long-stay nursing home residents. Dr. Lieb is a past ASPIRE scholar with Indiana University.
