Tianhao Zhou, PhD
Postdoctoral Fellow in Medicine
Bio
Tianhao (Vincent) Zhou joined Indiana University School of Medicine in 2020 as a postdoctoral fellow. He completed his Ph.D. training at Texas A&M University. His research focuses on the cell and molecular biology of lung cancer, liver cancer, and autoimmune diseases. In one of his recent project, Tianhao aims to evaluate the epigenetic regulation and neuroendocrine plasticity of different subtypes of small cell lung cancer through multiomics analyses with DNA methylation, RNA-seq, and proteomics profiling. In addition, he also developed CRISPR-mediated knockout cell lines via lentiviral transduction to evaluate gene function and transcriptomic profiling in lung cancer.
