Bio
Dr. Schade Willis brings years of expertise in caring for pediatric cardiac critical care patients, as well as quality improvement leadership and mentoring. She has a record of success in patient safety, teamwork training, patient and family partnerships, communication, and system improvements in large complex practice areas. She serves as Vice Chair for Faculty Affairs in the Department of Pediatrics and in that role leads the clinical promotions committee, faculty development committee, and mentorship of QI leaders in the department, as well as applying improvement science to address joy in work and burnout prevention.
